Bathing ~

Dogs, and Cats!

~ includes our Hydrosurge Bathing system which massages shampoo right down to the skin. Afterall, it's down there that all that stinkiness is coming from.

We also offer bathing options for those pooches with special needs. Request an Oatmeal bath for the soothing effects it has on itchy and sore skin. Our Hypo-allergenic bath is just that. In addition, we offer shed-control treatments, deoderizing shampoos, flea treatments and Dermasilk conditioner.

After the bath, each animal is towel dried and then hand-dried with our "Non Heated Blow Dry" system.

In addition, our bath includes treatment of Nails and Ears. We clean the ears with solution and clip those nails that have been getting too long.

** a bath includes expression of the anal glands. Let us do it so you that you don't ever have to know about it! If your dog drags his behind he is showing signs that his anal gland needs to be expressed.

Grooming ~

Dogs, and Cats!

~ includes all of the above... as well as a haircut; be it a trim, shave-down, under-coat removal, or tidy-up of the face, feet, and tail. Our groomers will clean up that coat and make your baby look beautiful!

Under Coat Removal ~ take out that dead undercoat with an intensive conditioning bath and cool-blow-out. Our groomers will bathe and brush your pup and you will go home with half the dog you came in with. No more tumble weeds of fur blowing through your living room! This is an ideal service for anyone who wants to maintain the beautiful look of their breed-coat while relieving them from the dead undercoat that needs to be taken out.

Shave Down ~ when everything has to go! Ask for a shave-down, and that's just what your little animal will get.

Comb-Out ~ after a nice conditioning bath, we will comb the coat and leave it looking Brand New! ** PLEASE NOTE: Severe mats cannot be combed out due to the discomfort and/or pain that it can cause to the animal. Such mats may need to be shaved off. Our groomers comb-out mats at their discretion. Groomers will decide whether mats are too sever to be brushed out (as it can cause extreme pain for the animals). Such mats will have to be shaved. We do not leave mats on animals as it can lead to sores on the skin. This policy is an effort to promote the health and comfort of all pets at our shop.

Ear Plucking Policy - Our groomers pluck ears at their discretion. We will not pluck impaced or infected ears. Animals with adverse ear conditions will be referred to their veterinarian.

Flea Policy - In order to keep a flea-free facility, all animals found with fleas will be treated immediately, at owner's expense, either by Capstar Pill or Flea Bath. Neither treatment is a long-term preventative and should be followed by a topical treatment after 24 hours.
