Philosophy.

Customers. Our goal is to strive for professionalism and courtesy. The Midtown staff gets to know clients' pets and works with pet parents to ensure the health and happiness of all animals at our facility. It is our policy to be honest with people about their pets' condition, behavior, and experience

Community. Our role is one of stewardship and ongoing participation. Midtown has partnered with the Humane Society of Austin and the Town Lake Animal Shelter to provide weekly donation-grooms to animals in need. This increases their chance of adoption and allows them to get out of the shelter for a day at the spa. Midtown works with various rescue groups to raise funds and offer support. We continually give back to the animal community through donations and fundraisers because animals are the reason that we do what we do! Environment. Midtown strives to be an environmentally conscious business. We work toward being a green business by recycling and using local and/or natural products when possible. Pet waste is removed from our yard a minimum of two times per day. It is our goal to conduct business in a manner which brings us closer and closer to operating in the most environmentally-conscious way possible with a minimal carbon footprint

Enjoy. The staff at Midtown work in the animal industry for one reason.... LOVE. We enjoy the animals and have fun! Become a fan of Midtown on Face Book and you will find videos of daycare and boarding dogs, random updates, educational information, interesting photos and more! Additionally, our staff often holds Meet-and-Greet events at Red Bud Isle so that pet parents can become acquainted with daycare dogs and their guardians. We also host happy hours at local, pet friendly establishments. Throughout the year Midtown offers holiday-themed events such as the Halloween Costume Contest and Pictures with Santa. For the involved client, a relationship with the staff of Midtown Groom & Board can mean much more than just dropping your pet off for the day.
