Our staff gets to know our clients' pets and work with our clients to ensure their pets' health and happiness. It is our policy to always be honest and straight foward with people about their pets' condition, behavior, and experience.

... Toward community is one of stewardship and ongoing participation. Midtown has partnered with the Humane Society of Austin to provide weekly donation-grooms to animals in need. This increases their chance of adoption and allows them to get out of the shelter for a day at the spa. The dogs always feel great after their groom! Midtown also works with Blue Dog Rescue by featuring adoption days at our shop. We continually give back to the animal community through donations and fundraisers because they are the reason that we do what we do!

... Toward the Environment is that of conscientiousness. We strive to be a green business by recycling, by using organic and all-natural products, and by using low-impact flea prevention. Additionally, we opt for battery powered equiptment, when possible, and we are currently re-landscaping in order to encourage native plants that require less water. In an effort to work toward a minimal Carbon footprint, Midtown Grooming orders from local vendors and environmentally conscious companies. It is our goal to conduct business in a manner which brings us closer and closer to operating in the most environmentally-conscious way possible.
