Hours.

Grooming Drop-Off:

Mon - Fri 7:30 - 9:30 am

Sat & Sun 8:00 - 9:30 am

Grooming Pick-up:

Mon - Fri generally between 2:00 - 4:00 pm. We call when your pet is ready. We are not able to quote exact out-times. Please book your pet's appointment on a day when your schedule is flexible. If you cannot pick your pet up right away you may pick up as late as 5:45pm on Mon - Fri (4:45 pm Sat). Your pet will be potty-walked while at our facility.

Sat & Sun generally between 2:00 - 4:00 pm. Latest pickup is 4:45 pm on weekends.

We do not offer early / late drop-off or pick-up times. Pets left after closing will board at owner's expense.

Boarding Drop-Off & Pick-up:

Mon - Fri 10:00 am - 5:45 pm

Sat 10:00 am - 4:45 pm

Sun 10:00 am - 5:15 pm

We do not offer early / late drop-off or pick-up times. Clients arriving before 10:00 am to drop off for boarding will be charged for the prior night.

Please allow a minimum of 10 minutes when dropping off your pets for boarding. We require a fresh boarding contract for every visit and we insist on getting current information about your pets to ensure the best possible care.

Pets that are not picked up on their departure date during holidays/when the kennel is at capacity will board at double the regular nightly rate for all subsequent nights.
