Daycare Requirements.

All daycare dogs must be signed-in at the front desk

All dogs must be spayed / neutered

All dogs must be current on the following vaccinations: Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella (kennel cough

The Leptospirosis vaccine is recommended for boarding and daycare dogs, but not required. This disease is more common in rural areas and among livestock but may be spread by exposure to the urine of other animals. Because our boarding dogs play communally on our playground, we highly recommend this vaccine. Talk to your vet about Leptospirosis

We do not make exceptions to our spay/neuter or general vaccination policies

We accept the 6 month and the 1 year Bordetella vaccines. We accept positive titer test for Distemper and Parvo

The first daycare visit is considered an evaluation (regular price)

Daycare dogs must be social with humans and other dogs

No aggressive animals

No diggers. No fence climbers. No escape artists

Daycare dogs must be between the ages of 6 months and 12 years and in excellent health

Dogs found to have fleas will be treated with a Capstar pill at owner's expense

Dogs MUST wear a collar with i.d. tags. Dogs arriving without collar and tag will be provided one, at owner's expense. No harnesses, choke chains, gentle leaders or prong collars, please. Collar $10. Tag $2

A "daycare rinse" is NOT the same service as a bath. In order to avoid drying the skin on daycare dogs that receive frequent rinsing, we do not use shampoo on daycare rinses. A rinse is a powerful spray that removes dirt and mud. Because rinses are performed at the end of the day and dogs are dried in open-air kennels they may go home damp. Nail trim, anal gland expression and ear cleaning are NOT included with the daycare rinse

Frequent daycare card may NOT be applied as payment for any other products or services. Example: baths, rinses, nail trims, overnight boarding, products, etc

Holiday boarding may effect daycare availability. Always call to confirm that daycare is being held during the 7 days prior to, and after, the following major holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years

We offer daycare on rainy days. Dogs are rotated outdoors according to the weather and are likely to get muddy
