~ General Boarding Information ~
Drop-off / Pick-up times:
Mon ~ Fri 8:00 am - 5:45 pm
Saturday 8:00 am - 4:45 pm
Sunday 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
All dogs MUST have a collar and an i.d. tag with the NAME
Dog must arrive on a leash
Cats must arrive in a carrier
Pets must be between the ages of 6 months and 10 years.
We do not accept puppies under 6 months. Puppies must have all shots and be spayed/neutered.
All animals must be current on vaccinations:
Dogs = Rabies, DHLP, Bordatella
Cats = Rabies, FVRCP, Feline Leukemia
All dogs must be spayed/neutered .
Dogs who do not play well with others will have private play time.
Additionally, we offer " pamper-time" walks.
General medicines will be administered by our staff. Please label medicines and provide detailed instructions.
You are welcome to bring your pet's own food. Please label with instructions. Feel free to portion their food (with sandwich baggies) if diet is a concern.
Please do not bring linens! We provide nice, soft blankets and pillows.
All personal items must be labeled with the Animal's first name and Owner's last name. (Midtown Grooming is not responsible for lost or damaged items)
A bath is REQUIRED if your dog is staying over 3 nights.
Animals found to have fleas will be given a flea bath, or capstar pill, at owner's expense.
We offer bath-outs and/or groom-outs according to the availability on our appointment book.
Pets left after closing will be boarded for another night at owner's expense.
Animals with serious illnesses, or injuries, should board with their veterinarian.
All boarding requires a reservation. Please call to book your pets stay!
We may require a credit card # up front.
Upon drop-off, please allow yourself 5 - 10 minutes to thoroughly fill out your boarding contract and discuss instructions with a staff member.

New Policy : Effective 3/1/2008 ~ All dogs must be spayed/neutered in order to be allowed to board overnight and/or participate in daycare at Midtown Grooming. No exceptions.

Midtown Grooming is a small boarding facility which allows for more one-on-one interaction and tender loving care.
No one wants to sit in a kennel all day !
Midtown Grooming offers a large backyard playground and private runs. Our boarding dogs play all day and sleep well at night! For an additional fee, you may sign your baby up for a "pamper time" walk in the park.

We feed our boarders "Precise" ~ a super-premium, holistic dog food. All animals are bedded down in soft, fleece linens. Our climate-controlled boarding area keeps the pups comfortable no matter what the season. Our professional and caring staff gets to know each and every animal during their visit and takes extra steps to make sure each baby is happy and comfortable.
