... Toward animals is one of tender loving care. We operate under the Golden Rule that we treat our clients' pets as we would want ours to be treated by someone else. With that philosophy, we have become Austin's gentle, expert groomers.

... Toward community is one of stewardship. Midtown Grooming has partnered with the Humane Society of Austin to provide weekly donation-grooms to animals in need. This increases their chance of adoption and allows them to get out of the shelter for a day at the spa. The dogs always feel great after their groom! Midtown also works with Blue Dog Rescue by featuring adoption days at our shop. We continually give back to the animal community because they are the reason that we do what we do!

... Toward clients is one of professionalism and courtesy. We strive to provide excellent service. Our staff gets to know our clients' pets and work with our clients to ensure their pets' health and happiness. It is our policy to always be honest and straight foward with people about their pets' condition, behavior, and experience.
